The structure of the rental center is provided below:

As you can see, there are three parties of this model. Each of them interacts with the rental center: the software developer, the advertiser and the user. 

The user rents any number of software products, computer games and electronic data (for example, MP3s). To use them, the user has to process information (as a rule, of advertising character). The advertiser pays for ads, the developer or the owner of rented software receives a rental fee and the rental center charges its commission.

This project is based on our two patents: the method of renting software in exchange for viewing ads and the method of deferred information delivery and processing. The fist one protects the business model (the rental center), the second one provides a number of benefits due to new technologies of Internet advertising.

These technologies provide a new method of Internet advertising: the advertiser does not pay for ad views or ad clicks, but the time during which  an ad is displayed to the user. Thus, this method combines benefits of conventional methods of Internet advertising and television one.

The main advantage of our patented technology is the ability to display Internet advertising offline. The system keeps track of requests for further delivery and transfer of information, which allows the user to process information at any convenient time. For example, while viewing web pages offline, the user clicks on interesting links to receive corresponding web pages later when the connection to the Internet is available. It should be noted that the click on a banner offline will be counted only when the user receives and views web page corresponding to the banner.
