The user rent any number of software products, computer games and electronic data (for example, MP3s) each of them has their own rental fee. To use them (for example, within a certain period), the user has to process information (as a rule, of advertising character).

Information processing includes various actions such as viewing advertising banners (passive actions), clicking on banners and accessing to advertised web pages, shopping at online stores (active actions). For example, if a sociological agency wants to conduct a poll and are ready to pay for it, it will be interested in receiving questionnaires filled out by user. Thus, information processing includes a wide range of actions (not only clicks on banners). Prices for information processing will are estimated in conventional units and depend on the type of information (the user receives different amount of money for processing banners, advertising emails, questionnaires, etc.) and the type of actions (passive or active).

If a user desires, he can process information without launching rental software. This means that the user can launches a special application to view ads and get some conventional units and then work with rental software without banners. All conventional units are stored in a virtual wallet and drawn out for use of rental software or electronic data (audio/video, etc.). Conventional units drawn out from the user account are transferred to the account of the developer (owner) of rental software. Account settlements between advertisers and owners of software are carried out on the basis of these convention units.

To make information processing more convenient, the user can change settings of its delivery and display. For example, information can be displayed as soon as it is received, while working with rental software or at any convenient tie for the user (deferred information retrieval). The scheduler will remind what information should be viewed first. Each piece of information may be accompanied with comments. The user can choose the type of ads. A bibliophile will prefer to view ads of bookstores. A music lover will prefer to ads of music CDs, etc.

The user processes ads with the same efficiency online and offline. The system tracks offline all inquires for additional information and allows the user to process information at any convenient time. For example, after clicking on banners offline, the user can receive corresponding web pages when the connection with the Internet is available. It should be noted, the click on a banner offline will be counted only after the user receives and views web page corresponding to banner.

It is possible to work offline not only with advertising information and receive rewards, but also with any other information. For example, as a rule the user reads newsletters and mailing lists offline. Sometimes it is inconvenient to connect to the Internet to get information using a link, especially if there are a lot of such links. It is much easier to click on desired links and then receive information later according to settings (for example, at night). This ability is useful even if the user is online. For example, while reading newsletters or mailing lists, the user finds something interesting, but at the moment he cannot spend time on getting details tight now.

While working with the rental center, the user solves the problem connected with the choice of software. As a rule shareware sites provide lite versions of programs (trial version). It is difficult to estimates their quality. As a result the user buys a product of poor quality. As a result the user switches to other products. Our project does not force the user to spend money and offers “entertainment” – for example, to view banners, especially if they are of interest to the user. You know that we sometimes look though advertisements in newspapers and journals. Of course, if the user wants to buy sportswear and a banner advertising beer is displayed to him, this annoys him and as a result this cause the aversion to ads. This is a reality of today’s Internet ads (at any case the majority of ads). If ads of interest to the user are displayed to him, these ads attract him. The rental center will attract a wide audience of users and provide them with targeted ads. Most users accept to view useful information (even advertisements), even if they do not like advertisements. Besides, the user will like the ability to view ads on demand.
