This product is not just an improved version of already existing analogs, but a new software product intended for working with a large volume of correspondence. The unique feature of this product is the integration of our patented technologies. It has the following advantages:

	Indexing and full text search for all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including searching for documents similar in text and meaning,
	Classification of incoming messages by key words from their texts
	Creation of selections and the ability to combine them
	System of updating and replications permits synchronizing information in databases stored on office and home computers
	Adding user descriptive fields to messages and search by these fields
	A user’s classifiers of different types (for messages, address book. etc.)
	Monitoring system that remind the user to write a response to a letter and create different reports

The capabilities described above will make the work with emails more convenient and automate the analysis of incoming messages. Its main advantages is the integrated technology of searching for messages similar in text and meaning (letters, news, etc.). This technology can be illustrated with the following example.

If the  user subscribed to several mailing lists, some news may entirely or partly duplicate each other. Besides, the speed of news delivery is different for each newsletter, i.e. the same news may be delivered with several day delay. It results in viewing again and again the same information. The same problem may arise while working with letters.

Our program will save the user from viewing again the same messages and allow organizing the process of filling the archive with information received from newsletters. This software product will work in the following way. All incoming information (messages) is divided into fragments, added to the archive and indexed. This process is performed automatically in accordance with the rules set by the user. The process of setting rules is not difficult, because each fragment (a piece of news) is limited by a certain character string, for example the title of a piece of news. After defining this character string, the area of the document is automatically marked as a fragment (a piece of news).

Each new message (letters or fragments of newsletter) is added to the archive and the program searches for messages similar to this one in text and/or meaning using query preprocessing. When the degree of similarity (in text and /or meaning) is determined, in accordance with settings the message can be removed (if there is an identical message in the archive) or added to the archive and automatically categorized. The automatic categorization is the process of binding the incoming message to the category to which a message that has been found in the archive and determined as similar in text and/or meaning is bound. All incoming messages is processed in the same way.
